Found this in circulated roll searching I know that the front has a impact mark but reverse there seems to be a weird error. Don't know

The year 1985 Philadelphia Quarter from one reason or other has the most Machine Doubling. This combinate with how John1 states and me I add a very, very aged Die (few strikes before retirement) give this funny effect to the coin. It is not an error coin. Nice to keep as an example for futures coins check.
