I Just Got 2 2021 Morgans In The Mail Today From The Mint

Needless I was confused as I had not ordered anything nor was I expecting anything. Christmas comes early? Opening the box I find inside a 2021 Morgan CC privy and a Morgan O privy silver dollar inside. so I go and look at by order screen on the Mint's site: thought that the mint messed up the order since there was only 1 of each paid for. I got the 2 morgans in question in Nov last year got them graded to PR70 by PCGS. Then forgot all about the order. So I got to my bank account and check what I paid for. (Account will not be pictured here - you will have to trust me) I found that the mint charged me twice for these coins (total of 4 - 2 each apparently) Hence a year later 2 more Morgans show up here. Now I thought that the mint had sold out all the morgans last year, so where did they find these? I think that they boxed up the order and forgot to send them (the invoice is dated for OCT of last year, but the tracking number is for this month this year. datadragon Pillar of the Community United States 1648 Posts	Posted 11/10/2022 10:23 pm Thats so strange but its good they reviewed or perhaps just found the package unsent and made it ok since they charged you for them originally and just didnt send them properly since the tracking is recent (unlike another poster who mentioned a time warp from when they sent). Its good for you since these particular coins happen to be selling at greater value than purchase price graded or raw so it works out. I have one 2021-cc I had almost forgotten about that I just came across when I was packing everything to move somewhere at the end of this month. Report this Post to the Staff

So far the CC has a high bid of $222.75, and the O is currently at 125.00 I'm guessing that there is more demand for the CC over the O on these Morgan dollars. Collecting since 1972.
