From what I can see so far, is a very well circulated cent. It appear that the rims have been worn down to the tops of the devices, allowing them to get heavily worn as well.
Anything else?

To CCF , you don't really need an expert to tell that your coin has had a lot of wear issues . Inconsistent yes but maybe intentional cleaning , rubbing , or other means of removing the coins skin .
Don't forget the coin is over 78 years old . Has done it's job circulating around the country ,now sent out to pasture .

The coin you posted is a common, normal, circulated Wheat cent. It's worth about 3 cents.
