It's split on the side like someone tried to put two different coins together not really sure hope someone can help me with it the coin does look damaged or maybe just they way it was I'm not sure not in great shape but it does have lines threw the coin makes it look rough too but looks like it was made like that could just be another weird pocket change coin

It appears that this coin has been exposed to caustic substances which corroded the coin, and eaten away some of the metals, hence the light weight.
Post mint damaged, no additional value above face value in this condition.

It does look like acid damage to me also.
