I have been cashier all my life [17 yrs]. I have been collecting all my life. Now I'm in financial situations and have no choice but to sell. So I have so many questions over my collection and their individual value. Not sure who can help. I just joined.

Condition is everything when it comes to notes. Steve is your man here on CCF,let's wait for his comment. Start a new thread for each of your notes you have questions on.

I'll wait for Steve as well, but I'm thinking not a great deal of value in this condition.

Welcome to CCF.
I look at semi fancy, circulated $1 notes as a non-interest bearing savings account. Collecting from circulation is a "Keep'em because like them" type of collecting. I personally have an envelope stuffed full of circulated replacement notes. I occasionally send some of them to kids in birthday cards along with $2 notes. It's a cool serial number, but because of condition, most advanced collectors might probably spend it. Neat find.

I give it a couple weeks until the new buyer posts it on this or another message area. OP, nice find and sale.

Giving estimates on values for modern, semi-fancy circulated notes is nearly impossible. As soon as you're convinced it's a $10 note at best, it sells for $100. Congratulations on the sale. I would have never guessed it would sell for that much.
