Hi everyone I'm new here and glad to be here I was roll hunting the other day and came across this spectacular example of a 1962 D now I know there is only one graded by PCGS at a MS 67 which I think this one will make a MS grade not sure how high but what I'm having trouble with is the errors on the OBV his ear and the REV not sure if it's a die break or doubling on and in-between columns 11 and 12 any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Die chips on the columns are very common on the Memorial 1960's cents. They are die events, not a variety. They became so common that they are not a preferred marker on the variety cents during those years. Always better for a marker to be unique, than to be common. (Why? Because they they can vary according to die aging. The older the die states, the stronger they become. So they would vary a lot in shape. Probably the die clashes were causing this more during that time period) As far a grade, it looks more like a lightly circulated coin. A MS-67 would look a lot better than this coin:

I agree, Die chips. Spend some time looking on eBays SOLD listings for similar coins to get an idea as to values.
