Could this be missing clad on dime? Its sliver on copper the photo makes it look like gold but its not.

Not missing the cladding, if it was the whole side would be copper.
It just looks like environmental toning, maybe been buried awhile.
Also it is not silver, the cladding is a nickel/copper alloy.
Still worth 10 cents though.

No. It it were missing a clad, the coin would be red in color. Not brown or silver in color. It is a metal detector find that has the raised devices residue removed from the coin:

Environmentally toned/tarnished post mint damaged coin with surfaces scraped off. No premium, sorry.
