I think the $100 star note is worth keeping.

Personally, I would not keep them, I'd buy a nice coin or 5 nice coins instead with them.
If you want to tuck a hundred bucks away in your wallet for mad money maybe the 100.00 is worth hanging onto. Star notes in circulated condition in higher denominations are less in demand than what they can be used for. Just my opinion.
That is a transitional short lived design before they went into colors which might make it harder to find down the road but it is still pretty well worn. A crisp unc like it might be a keeper?

I agree with wheezy. My wife on the other hand, saves every $2 bill she gets her hands on.

Personally I would spend them all,i save most of the one dollar star notes I find but the high denomination notes are hard to keep.
