Hello,
This is my first post; just beginning to go through coins I inherited.
Can you help me tell what grade this coin is?
I want to sell some of these online and wonder when it is worth getting coins
professionally graded? Would appreciate advice.

Looks like it could grade PF66/67 DCam
Hard to say if it is worth grading or not, unless a coin is
worth at least $150.00, it is not worth grading.
In the future, please remove your coin from the 2x2
before shooting a picture

the 81S proof would need to be PF70 to justify grading.

most folks agree they need to be a minimum of $150 before its worth slabbing and most collectors do not slab their coins as the cost of grading chews up the value of the coin. take PCGS for example. you need a subscription at a minimum of $69/yr plus the grading fee a min of $22 per coin plus shipping and insurance both ways. so to grade just one coin could cost upwards of $100. it would be reduced if more than one coin was going to be graded. as you would not be paying the subscription fee.

buy some airtights and put it away

With-out a microscope, I cannot give it a PF70 grade, The 2x2 holder is also possibly adding or hiding details that can affect a grade, but a PF of 67 is not unreasonable for this coin. Can you take it out of the holder and get better pictures of it nice and large if you can, also Need an extreme close-up of the mint mark too if you are able.

Looks like some marks in the hair. PR-66 would be my guess.

The only reason to get it graded would be to confirm the Type 2 mintmark before a sale. It can be hard to distinguish the mintmark types, and it might not realize full value if sold raw.

The difference can be very simple, and the following is the same for all denominations (cent through Dollar).
On the type 1, the S is filled or very nearly filled, there is no ball serif on it and it tapers to a point along the spine.
On the type 2, the S is clear and has bulbus ends of the S, also it is flat and wide along the spine.
here is an example:

Agree it's easy enough with superb high magnification photos, but not so easy with typical online photos for selling. Hard enough that it may deter some buyers if they can't be certain it's a type 2.
