weak obv strike. the jaw and label flatness is pretty common on these but once you get above 66 that may make a difference. nice clean shoulder and you see a lot of these with weaker steps so these ones are better than average.

i think the obv strike will hold it to 66RD. I can see at 66+

Should be at least 66RD, comes down to luster and eye appeal.
