Not sure what you are seeing. On the SE direction of the devices on the date and mintmark areas, the die wear will be in that direction:


So if it appears on that direction on both the date and the mintmark areas, it is die wear. If you are seeing it on the NW areas on your coin, it appears to be
Machine Doubling. It will look flat and affect just the outside/inside areas of the mintmark area. It will also be seen on the date devices if it is
Machine Doubling. RPMs are caused by the mintmark punch missing the target area on the mintmark of the die. It will show a separate punch. The MD and die wear is not the issue here to be a RPM. It has to have the shape of the mintmark punch in order to be a RPM.
