I would see some separation from the back fur. the fur on the head is completely gone however some of that could be die/strike related as that doesn't match up to the rest of the reverse;. for an F coin i'd want to see some tail crossing over the rear section but its not there. Feather 1 needs some separation from the hair in that upper area. again that could be die/strike related. I'm not familiar with 16P to know it it is.every year is different. the roundness of the high points on the face, sharp lettering on the reverse, roundness of the shoulder could point to an F coin with die/strike issues as I mentioned. Mismatched dies on this one, reverse die being later die state than the obverse. VG10 obverse, with a F12 reverse, taking into account die state. Net VG10 as obverse carries most of the weight. Obverse scratch above the head just into LIBERTY also hurts the grade in my book. Report this Post to the Staff
