I'm at high AU. Nice coin if found from circulation.

I could see it coming out MS.
The toning makes any wear difficult to determine.

OK, maybe 45 at best. The coin is highly worn, these do not wear like wheat cents. The steps are almost gone, the pillars next to the steps are very flat, the cornice & columns are highly worn. The rims have taken a serious beating, especially the obverse. The is even wear across all the primary devices.

Red doesn't equal luster, any luster I can detect from the light is completely flattened, not even a hint of a cartwheel spoke. The extreme flash is misrepresenting the coin. Memorial cents can even stay a little red down to VF - they last in red state much longer than wheats.

FWW, I'm willing to bet if you had this in your hand, you'd toss in your ashtray for the next trip to Wendy's.
