Here is another Lincoln Wheat cent with I believe is a Lamination Error. Could be a damaged planchet. Please let me know what you think. Not sure what is going on the last photo. Lincolns head could be damaged planchet or lamination?

Could be a lamination issue or a struck through debris issue? Hard to tell now. But the digits that are covered, it may have been from a fold over of the lam/debris issue.
