Hello I have a 1977 D penny that weighs 3.15g. is this normal ?

Seems like it is within mint specs (target is 3.11 g). Can you please add overall pictures of this cent to the thread? Thx.

Please, we are a visual bunch here. We work primarily off of photos. Always show us both sides overall of your coin and one or two images of areas of interest. You may not spot an issue with your coin that we might.

3.11 is normal with a mint tolerance of +/- .10grams.
