Gonna hop in with the Coinfrog here and join team MS64. Really nice example. Obverse has a few light marks that keep it just back of a 65.

Nice example, I'll join in with the MS64 crowd.

For reference, this is typically referred to as an Arkansas-Robinson example. It is considered a 1-year type coin and usually collected in addition to the 'normal' Arkansas commemorative as part of the 50 coin classic silver commemorative type set.
