Hi all, does this look like it's been polished or is it a proof coin?

Looking at the hair detail, the highly polished fields and absence of bagmarks, I'd say this is a Proof.

Beautiful, certainly does not look polished to me. Agree with NumisRob, appears proof.

Nice coin! Detail features don't look polished IMHO.

Thanks guys for your positive opinions.

Upon closer inspection with a loupe I noticed some gouges on the King's hair. They appear to be about 0.5mm long each.
How would grading companies view this? Will the coin get some weird 'PF UNC Details' grade?

This coin was not polished. Maybe PR62/63.
