Unidentified Object on reverse at rim between STATES and OF.
At first I thought it was Laminate or glue problem.
Closer look and it's cracked.
What do you think?

Thank you for your time and opinions.

(If) it wasn't ragged would it be considered a Pre Cud?
Could it be a ragged Pre Cud?
I don't recall seeing one listed.
How about maybe a Retained Cud?

I think it's too minor to be a rc. Honestly I think John 1 hit it on the head with the foil thing.

It's hard for me to say. John might be right about the foil
I don't know what/how a pre or Retained Cud does to the rim.

Try a toothpick on it. It could be clear grease.

I tried toothpick at first. Didn't affect it at all. I think you're right probably something on it though. Guess I'll put it down as unidentified object.

Thank you all for opinions.
