1957 Wheat Penny Occluded Gas Bubble?

I think this is an occluded gas bubble. Am I correct? The reverse has a crater where it looks like it popped. The dark spot shown has whatt looks to be a bumpy texture, also making me think it is a gas bubble.

Also is this a RPM or possibly DDO? There are some markings on the rim to the left.

How much would this be worth approximately? Anything helps.

Yes, post-strike damage. A damaged, worn (well circulated) '57 D might go for 2-4 cents.
