This coin seems to have a lot going on so rather than me guess wrong 29 times, I'd rather ask yall what you see. What kind of doubling am I looking at and was this struck off center or w out a collar? Both sides of the coin show doubling and I've read about a "5" error but not sure where to look exactly. Any input is greatly appreciated. Have a nice day.

looks like another case of Machine Doubling, Die Deterioration Doubling, and some well placed hits

Not DDD. This is not a single squeeze die issue on this coin. To say this is like saying, on your 1966 Mustang, you had a computer issue with your car. (Computers on cars didn't start until 1989. So you can't have have a DDD issue on a 1966 dime. I see die wear, coin wear and Machine Doubling. That can happen on the coins of that era. A lot of the dimes then were used in soda machines. (You could get a soda back then for 10 cents in bottles or cans. (I know) I grew up up during those years.

On the left side of this coin, (By Liberty) I see the remanence of a collar clash There is a hint of the reeded marks on top of the rim.
Other than that only MD is shown on this coin.

coop, the DD of DDD stands of Die Deterioration, which can happen whenever a die is used to strike many coins, and so is independent of the die production method
