I probably keep too much. The way I figure it only costs .05 to save.

Great eyes, most would miss that and I bet few of those are out there because of that despite likely being common. I like that one since its right by the initials. Die chips frequently develop within narrow areas in the design, such as the gap between the letters of LIBERTY on some cents - the so-called "BIE" errors and some others become popular that have an effect on the design (Drooling George on the new quarters was one, the die chip on the hat on the 2021 quarter was another). Normally die chips arent of much added value unless they do something interesting to the design for example but those like yours and BIE cents do sell for minor value and worth keeping. I typically might keep the ones that change the design and skip the common ones that are just random die chips that dont add much interesting such as found regularly on new dimes since they can be quite common. Over time since they are common, supply can increase as others find them and then the price drops from its initial price spike when first found from interest. Who knows how many will be around in the future where demand is still there but supply dries up over time and even these typically common errors seem to sell these days. Some are just 'cool' to find and keep.

Die chips are aging die events. Common to find on aging die coins.
