At first, this looked like a tourist trinket, but now I leaning towards some sort of provincial? It's very thick and no signs of casting. Possibly Tyche facing left Alexandria mint?

Never seen one like it, I'd say a fantasy tourist piece.

Yeah, I'll agree - that was my first thought. But, I'm not familiar with provincials so I wanted to get some thoughts on it.

Despite the fact that signs of casting are difficult to find,
I believe that along with other opinions, that this coin is a tourist fake.

I have seen thousands of ancient coins and have bought a few myself and this one looks like one of those museum copies.
