The weights are listed in grams in the table above the tolerance listings, the tolerance is listed in BOTH grains AND grams...

Read closely the top line of the tolerance list:

Small cent 1856-1971 was (2 grains OR +/- .13 grams). Mentally place that 'OR' on every line following...

Now - the OP's coin looks to have been plated.

I found another one 2002 Ohio gold color from the same box. Both coin are BU. And and just searched half of the box. I know it hasn't any value but for me its cool to find those coins.

People sell these on ebay for a few bucks. Just be sure to advertise as gold-plated if you do.

Or just save it for fun!
