On a coin if the highest areas are affected, then it is contact from another coin. On the incuse marks on a coin, this is damage post strike. The coin was normal, now it has a boo boo on it. It is just a damaged coin now. Could have been Two Cents stacked on top of each other and some used a punch on the obverse side of this coin, and the damage on the reverse is from the bottom coin of the stack from the reverse of a Memorial cent. Not a plus for the coin. Now a cull coin.
