I just purchased a PCGS PR66 type 2 no cameo because it was too good of a deal and a beautiful coin. However, when I saw it wasn't labeled type 1 or type two on the holder because it's an older green holder, I was worried about it's legitimacy so I began the hunt to find out when PCGS started attributing that on the holders and I can see from y'all's conversation It was in 2012.
