A bit too many photos. Where exactly are you seeing Doubling? I see some very slight Machine Doubling, but certainly not a DDR, sorry.

This looks like an example of a VLDS die, that the outer edge devices received a polishing. Often when we see this, the bottom edge devices are larger than the inside area of the devices. But what is missing, is the spread of the the hub process. So I feel this is not a doubled die, but an later die state and a polishing on the outer edge of the dies.

This is what we usually see on these dies. But it appears the outer edge of the die was reduced. That affected the outer area of the devices near the rims.
On a Doubled die, the devices would be affected differently:
