I would like to hear some grading thoughts on this morgan. Low luster obverse that can't make a full cartwheel. Better reverse luster that can easily cartwheel. It is in a PCS Stamps & Coins holder. "Genuine Uncirculated Morgan silver dollar".

I bought it as circulated, the seller never tried to claim unc. I only wanted the coin for the VAM.
