Sorry about the contrast in photos. But one of my scopes doesn't fit the whole coin in the view so I have to use a different one for that. I have been looking at this coin(for what it feels like hours) and all the sites and still not quite sure what I am seeing. It seems to me to have doubling in united, states, the e pluribus and one of one cent. I also have a crack from the right lower memorial building to the rim. It's not a very good coin due to wear, but, thought I would ask the experts. I have also compared it to normal 1983 cents. Please help me and again sorry for the amateur photography. I have added 2 other photos with very little light and it seems it can be seen better.

Some split plating, some Die Deterioration, but no doubling that I can see.

Note the devices size is normal. The tops of the devices are showing contact wear. What to look for on the DDR on that year?

Note the overall shape of the devices are enlarged on the DDR's. If the devices are normal sized, it is a normal coin. (Look for the spread)
