Ok so I'm trying my best to get the best photo for you guys. I'm sorry if it's not perfect. I see doubling all over in the letters, mint mark, design. I also see die cracks going through it. I have looked on PCGS, and a few other places. The problem I find myself in is my variety is located on both sides but I haven't found any coin similar in this year. Has anyone seen something like this? What should I do?

not a doubled die obverse or reverse. Go to coppercoins.com, doubledie.com, or varietyvista.com and look up the doubled die varieties by year and mint. Welcome to the forum.

to the CCF The first thing to remember is if you think you have a DDO and DDR the chances are you have neither. That combination is pretty rare. It does happen, but not very often. It's usually doubling because of light, MD or something else.

Can't really tell from the pics but if it's on both sides, of the devices, as you said, then probably a plating issue.
