First off, the coin was reprocessed. Meaning the surfaces were altered. Rendering this just a steel
Wheat cent now.

Second, the coin is not showing any doubled dies from what I can see on your coins images. No spread on the devices. Just normal devices.

Third, On the tops on 'ST' on trust, that is die wear showing on that area.
Fourth, on the Liberty devices, there is no spread on these devices. Some are showing die polishing that show the devices are smaller than normal. The areas on the tops of the devices are showing not spread, but coin wear before the devices were altered before/after the reprocessing (plating to recolor the surface color. On a doubled die the spread I mentioned, would be an enlargement of the devices from the normal size to the devices size showing spread:

Compared with a normal example, a doubled die will show a spread/enlarging of the devices

Reverse Doubled dies:

Do you see the differences in sizes on the normal and
DDR? So looking at the outside edges of devices will find die wear or
Machine Doubling. On the centers of the devices, is where you will see the enlarging of the devices. No spread? Usually not a doubled die. Reduced devices sizes are offen die polishing caused, or
Machine Doubling.
