1964 D Cent Is The Date Doubled How About The Pillars

on this 1964 D cent on the obverse is the # 4 of the date doubled or what do you guys think the mark around it is and what is that mark in his ear is it supposed to be there what about the engraver's initials and on the reverse is the ceiling on the second pillar to the right of Lincoln is it doubled I think thats all I can see on it lol

Looks like a circulation damaged coin. All the incuse marks are damage to the coin, circulation flattening reduces the value. Pretty much a spender. There are 4 columns are part of the part of the normal design:

I call them false columns. They are there to show the rows of columns behind those 4 areas. When the dies are polished these will be weaken or even removed. No premium for with/without these design areas. Just a spender coin. I have rolls of these cents that are BU. So no real value for a circulated damaged coin.

behind Columns 5 and 8 are the granite wall ends that create the opening to the inner chamber on the memorial.
The date is just beat up.

Circulation flattening and the pillar doubling isn't really doubling its part of the coin's design. Keep searching .
