I'm thinking 'flake-like' lamination issues--maybe not the classic linear appearance, but I believe they're legit. Certainly not die cracks.

Or a struck through of a debris issue on the coin. The distortion the 'N' on ONE makes me think this. While it looks like a die crack, the fields should be showing the crack more near the ONE area. If it is a thin piece of metal that was struck on that area, it may have moved on the 'N', thus creating the look on the area of that letter. circulation on the tops of devices will wear off on a die crack. but the fields should be showing a full raised die crack on that area. It not on the left side of the 'N'. Thus making me think it is a thin layer of debris struck onto the coin.

I ruled out lamination as the affected area is not straight. Thus the struck through thin debris theory. Lamination tends to have a straighter line on the affected area. If it peel it at all, then it would be an incuse area on the coin. I'm just not seeing that on this coin.

What's the difference between a lamination and a struck through

Me I see more a very superficial crack planchet due to the strike. Those coins was bronze and the line of this meet with the bronze way to crack. Hard to see from the photo, maybe more close pics will show exact what it is. Here you find all the definitions. https://www.error-ref.com/index-of-entries/

Yes,but not all of them. They need to be a good size and maybe what location on the coin it is. Yours might have a small premium. John1
