1961-D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC - Retained Interior Die Break On The Reverse? +repunched Mint Mark / RPM ?

I'm am hoping to get clarification to what type of die event/break is present on the reverse of this cent. I believe it is a retained interior die break. The die event is easily seen on the side of the memorial. There are die cracks also run throughout the area, easily seen in the last two memorial bays traveling downward underneath the memorial. I would like to better understand the die cracks or die event going on underneath the memorial. I also believe this 1961D has a RPM. I need to go back through VV to match it up to an exact number because there are 72 RPM on VV for this date. Is this worth having looked at/grading. Maybe I'll just put it into my collection as a laminate error example? I will attempt to take some better pictures of the mint mark tomorrow.
