Looks like PMD to me.

There is obvious scuffing to the field around the missing text making me very suspicious that that area has been ground down.

Yeah that was what I thought. Upon closer inspection I concluded that it is PMD and just threw it back into circulation.

You need to weight it to see if it is Struck Through Grease or PMD.

Not in this case, John; the photo is good enough to prove it's PMD.

See the small patches of lustre, visible around the "II" and directly behind the queen's head? See how the lustre abrubtly stops, at a cloud-shaped patch of uniform grey? That's where the dremel hit.

I agree it is PMD in this case,but the first step to determine a Greaser vs PMD is to weigh it,do you agree?
