Misaligned $5 Star Note? - Coin Community Forum

Sguernsjr New Member United States 16 Posts	Posted 01/04/2023 06:14 am I got this $5 back in change at the bowling center tonight. It's a 2013 $5 ME00240921*. The third print looks misaligned. You can see that the seal and serial numbers a shifted towards the top. Does this add any value at all? Thanks y'all Report this Post to the Staff

datadragon Pillar of the Community United States 1648 Posts	Posted 01/04/2023 9:35 pm Here below is a good example of a misaligned 3rd print on a 1985 note, but the misaligned overprint ones like yours are typically too minor to generate added value unless they cover some part of the design they should not be covering in order to quality as an error.
