Hello all. I was recently trying to find a way to take really close pics to post here. I went to Wal Mart and bought a Eye Clops Bionic Eye toy for 39.00 I was very surprised on how well it works. I have a video AV jack on back of my dell and used Yawcam program (Free Download) to capture pictures from it like as if it was a webcam. If you want to see some of the pics just look in this error forum under 70,72,82,83 Anything here topic to see some. I just wanted to type this just in case anyone was looking for a cheap way to get some really close up shots of your coins. Also if you dont have a AV jack on your pc you can get them cheap as well. Not far from me there is a computer part surplus that sells the cards for around 5 dollars. You can probably find one in your town..

No there is no USB. It is like the AV you plug into your TV. At best buy you can buy a card to put into your computer called Pinnacle.

Ahhhh one of my very first posts on CCF was about this contraption. I returned mine because I could not get it to work with my PC. You must have gotten a better eyeclops. Maybe they updated it.

Within this short string of posts you will see a link to one of these eyeclops.

This is what I use, too.

Mine came with a USB card included in though... so you take pictures with the bionicam, it loads onto the USB card.. and BOOM just put the USB card in your computer and DL the pics.

They are also on clearance for $25 at the Wal-mart I work at.

Not to seem rude but shouldn't this thread be on the photography forum at http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/...?FORUM_ID=81

Can you post a couple of sample pics here, please? I can't follow where the other pics are. I'd like to see how much detail they show and how true the color is. Thanks.
