So I'm wondering is this the right penny to be the transitional error from 88 to 89 on the reverse...? If u notice the line that goes in the middle on the g from the 89 which the 88 penny is lacking, the bubble between the S and tithe t in states all on the reverse #129488;#129488;...? Hmmmm&& on the obverse I believe I see the spot between the I and the n as well as the.msrks behind his head the bub.le between the s and the t and even more but lemme just ask...? am I wrong again...

It is the normal RDV-005 die in a fresher die state. At the end of the year, they had to dip into the RDV-006 dies to complete the run creating a year variety for the RDV-006. But you coin is a normal one. The AME on that design on the 005 has rounded devices. The rDV-006 has flat devices on the AME:

On the 'FG' the Top of the 'G' is different:

Different locations and the top of the 'G' is different.

I don't know, it looks real close to the memorial, and it looks like the G has the top bar (like the 006).
Izzy, can you post up a much better in focus image of the 'FG' AND the AME of America please?

I'm sorry to say but what you have is the RDV-005. What makes me know that? The top curl of the G goes over the top of the bottom curl of the G. On the RDV-006, the top curl of the G doesn't go over the bottom curl of the G and the RDV-006 the designers initials are closer to the Monument.

I'll wait for better pictures of the FG before committing - the image we are judging by is not a very good one.

The line into the g is there as well as the line that goes up to the vertical line on the bottom of the G is just a little further out then the top curl... this camera and thus lighting is near impossible I get really good pics for Bout 15 mins with natural lighting. #129318;#8205;#9792;#65039;
