I have this 1831 small letters Capped Bust quarter and I would love to know your opinions on it's grade. It has blue and orange toning around the rim from being in a Library of coins album for decades (still in the album) It was hard to get accurate pictures of the color. I really like the look of this one.

Looks like the luster was scrubbed away by someone long ago. AU-50 details cleaned.

Yeah I was thinking old cleaning as well, trying to determine if it's worth popping out and slabbing or not even if it comes back details.
