Hi, new to this forum. I am posting a few error coins I received recently from an estate buy. I know little about error coins and if these hold value. Can't seem to find any like it. Any help is appreciated.

@adam, this one may also be mechanically damaged. Can you please post a close up of the date, with stronger light and in focus? Thx.

Ok yep those are much better overall pics, but a closeup of the date would be a helpful addition.

Someone more knowledgeable than I am is going to have to explain how someone was able to double the rim on the obv and also double and rotate the date. I'm stumped on this one.

Thats an interesting coin. On quick look I see the 'OD WE' of In God We Trust seems to be on the chin as well, might be a double or multi struck coin to consider.

There seems to he a 'second' strike on this coin, this quarter off set a little. the Second weaker 'devices' look raised on the obverse. Maybe also on the reverse, but can't tell with the image provided. need better images of the reverse as well.

This quarter was damaged/altered after it left the mint. It's definitely not an error. The obverse face was lightly struck by a counterfeit die while the reverse face rested on a flat, coarsely-textured surface.
