Recent pick up, thoughts on grade? coin is nicer in hand and looks original.

It is not a 69/9 but it does have a nice die crack from the 1 continuing through "United States", as seen in the last photo. If any snow experts know what variety it is, give it a shot. Thanks! RK

Someone tried to get rid of that reverse spot. I'll say EF details (cleaned).

It does look like it's possibly cleaned. The diamonds in the ribbon are weak. VF-30.

Nice to see a specimen of 1869 with this much detail its been cleaned but so what its a 69 and looks mighty good with AU-50 details to me. Don't know what you paid but its one if the price was right I would jump for.
