What would be the cause behind the extra rim on this coin?
Seen a few here and there never really thought much of them... is it worth holding onto or just throw it in the change jar?

This could be a slight off center coin or it could be a MAD (MisAligned Die) how do we tell the difference? Well we need to see both sides of the coin.
Can you post up the reverse?

(This is why we always ask that all coins being presented should be "Full coin obverse, Full coin reverse, then any thing of interest.)

(If these requirements are made, it will save us a lot of typing)
