Here is another coin I just found. It has bumps on it that remind me of the Eff. mounds? Also has a die mark(?) below S in states and another ST on REV above OLD.
I wish the pictures could be better and I tried to use the book / bottle cap method but still could not get the lighting correct. I will repost once my scope comes in but had to get an opinion on what this is.
Thank you all for your help an patience with me.

Looks more like heat damage from other examples than a die subsidence (sunken die) error which also causes a coin to look visibly distorted with bulges evident on either face and such errors are usually located near the center of the coin according to a recent post on this forum by mikediamond. https://www.error-ref.com/die-subsidence/ https://www.error-ref.com/?s=Sunken+die

Hi, please show just one coin per thread in the future. The images would need to be more in focus but its unlikely as there should also be circular or semicircular zones of weakness in the details of the design and smoothness usually shows somewhere as the die face can sink in slightly from what I understand besides the bulge(s). Most of the time they are heat damaged coins, some examples posted by coop http://goccf.com/t/436625#3754007

Heres a couple more I came across so this is not something unique and perhaps as a group can be looked at further for this specific coin series alloy mix:
