its hard enough to grade outside of holder let alone with the high amount of glare, marks on the holder, shadowing and reflections.
the last 2 photos are better but do not use any overhead lighting or flash.

based on the last 2 photos it could be as high as PF67 probably 66 or a 66+

Proofs are very, very difficult to grade from pictures. I'll guess, at least PF-65?
