got this beauty of a toner. it came out of a capitol holder and I'm pretty sure its no AT, but this coin looks really nice little to no contact marks anywhere. its does seem to have a little bit a film on it which is hiding a bit of the luster. I can use verdi-care or acetone but I'm scared it may mess with the toning which I dont want. but all said and done what do you think this would grade?

That coin has wear on the obverse.

Not a big fan of the portrait side with that streaking and spotting.

Gently wipe it with a cloth used to clean glasses - only the kind of cloth from an eyeglass store. Gently !
With care it should look something like this (minus the Hanging 3);
