I'll go with VF-35. There is obvious wear on Liberty's legs, breast, and hand, and on the obverse stars and the reverse wreath. The overall level of wear rules out an EF grade IMO. The color looks OK. The reverse center is lighter but I don't see that as a problem.
Liberty's head looks odd. The groove running down the back of her head is supposed to be there, but it looks deeper than usual and there is a blob of metal at the end of it that resembles a misplaced ear. I wonder if this area was damaged or re-engraved and I recommend you inspect it carefully. The 1843 is a common date and if this one turns out to be damaged it shouldn't be too hard to find a replacement that is problem-free.
For comparison, here is my 1860-S Seated dime. Note that there is no head groove but I think they changed the design slightly after 1855. I think my coin is possibly undergraded at PCGS VF-30.
