New pictures at bottom.

Any ideas on grade? I realize the.. dirt (or whatever is on the surface of the coin) will detract from the grade, so if anyone could offer a "details" grade, and a net grade, I would appreciate it. I know next to nothing about grading buffaloes, and with this one being the way it is, it becomes difficult :D.

thanks!

Whatever is on this coin really hurts the grade. I see damage on the reverse between the horn and the left shoulder. Detail looks like it could be EF.

I can't tell the horn area very well. Looks like VF details from the rest of the coin.

I agree with the XF assessment. Looks damaged including the horn possibly by a digging tool. Looks like a ground find. Better date.

Not a strong enough horn for EF, in my opinion. I stay at VF. But a very nice coin to have in any grade!
