ok on this 1966 cent on the reverse could states of America be doubled and what about the FG is it doubled or is it just damage

It is MD on the words. Can not see FG well enough, looks like damage but need close up picture of that area.

Agree on MD. FG is hard to determine without a clearer close up picture.

Looks like the rim and the initials were flattened on that area of the coin. (damaged)

T he e FG is a result of a circulation hit/flattening .
