Give the experts a better understanding versus just blankly guessing. I had to really focus in on it, Appears to be a 198"4" intended penny date but there is a "5" between the 8 and 4. What value if any do you think this would bring? It's a very beautiful red color. Go to the "Tutorials" section (there's a button above) to find guidance on uploading photos. From the photo presented, I'm not seeing anything obvious other than possible post-mint damage.
