I feel like I could be willing this to be there. I haven't seen this RPM listed so it's likely a figment of my imagination. What do you think?

Could be the depth of die scratches making that area look different. But not seeing evidence of a second punch that a RPM would have.

I do see what you are seeing but not sure. Something this subtle, would almost have to have a high end example, to be attributed. Maybe hold onto it and label, never know, one like I suggested may come around.
