Could This 1982 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Be A Minor Clipped Planchet Or PMD?

PamG Valued Member United States 278 Posts	Posted 01/23/2023 9:02 pm Haven't found to much to post lately but, got $10 in rolls from the bank today and found this. Also, was some really old rolls with old wrappers and one was all wheat pennies! Thought that was pretty neat. Haven't gone through them yet. Four of the other rolls wrapped in the same wrappers were nothing but pre 1975 and most in like new condition. This penny was in a different roll, although. Also, I was wondering if there was a way to tell with clipped planchets vs PMD? Report this Post to the Staff
